I love the art work. It came out beautifully therefore the 5 Stars...BUT there is something that customers need to understand when they place an order and I hope this feedback helps everyone.
From the time I confirmed the proof (1/18) that was sent, it was over 5 weeks before the canvas arrived. If I had understood the website correctly, the turnaround time was shown as 7 to 10 working days.
I waited patiently and then started a series of inquiries through the site and Facebook. There is no telephone number to call. I never received any word back other than a robot request for the Order Number and a "we'll get back to you". I remained in the dark for several more weeks about the status. When I read all the 1 STAR reviews I noted similar comments about Customer Service. About a week ago (2/21) I set up a Customer Account and for the first time saw my order and its status. (paid but unfulfilled). 48 hours later I received shipping status.....coincidence or the registration triggered it?? The canvas art arrived today (2/25), and as I said, looks GREAT.
I hope this helps other customers. Patience (it takes a little time) and recognize that you may get the request to write a review for your order before it arrives.

I absolutely LOVE my picture! My kitty has cancer and our time with him is so precious and this original image is one of my absolute FAVORITES so I had it converted into a water color pic. It’s so beautiful! Downloading the image was super easy and no further strings attached. I made another order for ALL of my animals past and present. I’m still waiting for that one since it was a huge order but I’m so excited to see how those ones turn out too! If you’re thinking of doing it, DO IT!!

I added mine to a mirrored frame with a few flowers, until I find the perfect frame.
