tHE FIRST PICTURE, i HAD DONE OF BELLE, WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE BACKGROUND WAS A VERY DARK FUSCHIA PINK AND MY DOG WAS A DARK RED. SO SHE DISAPPEARED INTO THE BACKGROUND. i TOLD THE COMPANY THAT i WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PICTURE AND THEY GRACIOUSLY DID ANOTHER PICTURE FOR ME WITH A LIGHTER BACKGROUND COLORS, IT WAS PERFECT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. MY DOG WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH LYMPHOMA CANCER. i AM SO GRATEFUL, THAT i HAD THE PICTURE DONE WHEN i DID. PAWSS IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I had 2 pictures done. one of my Red Lab mix and one of my Chihuahua. The picture of my Chihuahua turned out fantastic!!! The one of my Lab was a great likeness of my dog, but the background colors were too dark. I wrote to the company and told them and they wrote back with a solution that I was happy with. Customer service is also great.
