I ordered 3 paintings of my dog one with my husband holding him. I received the first one today and it took my breath away as well as tears because this is in remembrance of our puppy who has passed two years ago. Not only was them image spot on, but the colors and framing on canvas done so lovely. I eagerly wait for the other two to be able to hang them and admire them everyday. I will definitely be recommending this company to others as I'm sure people will want to have the same experience we have already. However, it takes a long time to receive the finished product and communication about where your project is in the process is poor. There is no way of tracking the progress or the package. If you're ordering for a gift - plan to order it 2 months before you want it.

I really appreciate how hard they worked with me to get the color right, but they were very responsive and tried hard to make sure I was satisfied, which I was!
The canvas painting is going to look great in my hallway, and I plan to add more of my other dogs.
The one thing I'm disappointed in is the look of my dog. She's AKC registered and very "typey", but they elongated the hair on her ears and muzzle, making her looked mixed. It's still cute, that's one thing I wish was different.

Having said that, in the last to orders asked for them to apply the 20% off, that was given to us and confirm.
No confirmation and twice they didn't take the 20% off from each art work.

I love the final product but ordering is not easy and difficult to get a reply to simple questions. It’s difficult to change to the size you want when ordering I always have to send a separate note. I kept asking if I had an order pending. Never got an answer so I ordered again. If I get two I’ll return one. To quote Peter sellers: it’s not my dog! It’s a gift.
