The turnaround time varies from time to time. The average turnaround time is around 7-10 working days, but it does vary from time to time, especially during festival season.
Unfortunately, we cannot send a preview before you have made your order. This is to protect every single designs done by our artists. However, we do offer unlimited revisions for full satisfaction guarantees.

No. The art is created by our DIGITAL ARTISTS. Unlike traditional artist, digital artist draws using digital pens, use all kind of professional drawing program to modify, retouch and create beautiful art. Obviously, app and filter do not help you to modify, retouch or do some customizations on the art.
Digital Art is for our customers who wish to print their art themselves.The digital download will be emailed in JPEG format (300 DPI), making it suitable for self-printing.
