Very bad communication. Product was shipped UPS and then transferred to USPS where it sat for over two weeks until I made a complaint w/the post office. My suggestion would be NOT to use USPS @ this time until things get straightened out. I ordered this product Aug 11 and thought would arrive by 8/23. My mistake. Wasn't delivered until 9/9, almost 30 days later. Ridiculous! I'm happy w/product but just b/c shipping for company was cheaper does not always mean it's a better deal. NOT in this case.

Love my mug who wouldn’t when your dog pictures on it but I laughed because it was $17 and you left the dollar price tag on the bottom of the mug. I wish I would’ve ordered another one anyway anything to do with my dog and I got the picture done from you also right after she passed away. It’s a really nice picture I forgot to have it made I don’t know if I can find it again but anyway yes I would recommend this to people I’m gonna order some for Christmas.
