So far Ive been waiting over 2.5 weeks for my final product. The first draft, my dogs name was spelled wrong so I sent it back for correction. The photo was a little weird and included her whole body, I guess my fault so I included another picture to just get her head. Ive been asking for an estimated time to be done and got nothing. Not sure whats going on now but it would be nice to included a time frame.

Horrible experience trying to order a digital of a recently passed kitty of mine. Took months to receive an email back about my order. Then when I finally “received my order” it was of someone else’s 2 dogs. Emailed once again and finally got my own order 2 months after originally placing my order just for the phrase I requested to be wrote out wrong. I still haven’t heard back or received a corrected digital.

I absolutely love this picture! I got this for my mom of her dog! Then we used the picture on a slate and made her a little plaque for his little grave! It’s hard to lose a pet. They’re family. But, it’s nice to have a beautiful reminder that they are in a better place, they were loved beyond words, and it’s not goodbye. In times of loss, it’s nice to give someone a gift that brings a heartfelt smile to their face during a difficult time. The picture I submitted is of my beloved chihuahua, Pete, who died unexpectedly of heart failure.
